Lionel Messi to lock horns with his arch rival Cristiano Ronaldo in Group G

The 2020/21 UEFA Champions League group stage draw happened in Geneva, on Thursday, October 1, 2020.

The pick of the matches include Bayern vs Atlético Madrid, Paris vs Manchester United, and a Cristiano Ronaldo vs Lionel Messi encounter between Juventus and Barcelona.

German champions, Bayern Munich will attempt to defend their crown as European champions, with the likes of Barcelona, Liverpool, Real Madrid, and PSG.

The competition has also seen four teams, who will make their debut in the group stage of the prestigious Mundial.

The four teams are Krasnodar, Midtjylland, Rennes and Istanbul Basaksehir .

The new entrants will be hoping to make an impression at the top table.
