Jake Paul eyes Mike Tyson fight after the cancelled Hasim Rahman Jr. fight

After cancelling his fight against Hasim Rahman Jr, Jake Paul already has three rivalsin mind to make the August 6 fight happen. The Youtuber talked about a three-name wishlist that will definitely help him improve his experience inside the ring.

According to Paul himself, Mike Tyson is a boxer he would definitely like to face. He didn’t speak as a fan, his plan is to really meet the former Heavyweight champ inside the ring.

“I think ideally Mike Tyson would be a potential opponent. We have teased that it could be happening later this year or early next year,” said Paul in an interview with DAZN Boxing Show.

To Jake Paul, both Nate Diaz and Anderson Silva are great potential rivals who could be part of a main event in December 2022 or during the first months of 2023.

Paul has already tried to contact Mike Tyson, who is considered one of the all-time greats in the sport, specifically in the Heavyweight division. But this fight won’t happen unless Mike Tyson gets a payday much greater than what Jake Paul has been offering his rivals.

After his retirement, Mike Tyson keeps training and getting ready to box on a daily basis. The former champ constantly uses his social media outlets in order to prove he still has that knock-out punch of legend. However, Jake Paul has been criticized for fighting retired boxers or people who aren’t pros in the sport.
